American Express, Discover and Paypal through our secure online payment system. If an item you ordered is not in stock, an order will be placed with the manufacturer, guaranteeing that you will receive the merchandise at the price you were quoted.
Returns
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of receipt in NEW, UNUSED condition for a full refund (excluding shipping costs) at our discretion. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. When we issue credit for returns, the credit will be the in the amount of the purchase price minus the shipping cost.
Before returning any items you must complete a Return Authorization Form provided by ShopOnEleven.com. To receive your Return Authorization Form, please contact us at
nclark@maxlraabproductions.com or 1-215-790-9600. Items sent back without a Return Authorization Form will be charged a 15% restocking fee. All returned items must be returned in NEW, UNUSED condition in their original boxes and properly packaged to avoid damage in shipping. All goods must be shipped to ShopOnEleven. ShopOnEleven reserves the right to refuse any item(s) that has been damaged during shipping back to us. No returns will be accepted after 30 days from the date of receipt. All returned items are subject to inspection for use and damage before credit is issued.
Defective Merchandise

Order Cancellations

Due to the variety of manufacturers and quantity of products offered on ShopOnEleven pricing errors may occur. In the event an error does occur, ShopOnEleven will make every effort to contact the customer before the order is shipped. At which time the customer will have the option of placing the order with the corrected information.
